No Sugar! Healthy and Delicious! Easy Whole Wheat Bread!
This recipe is incredibly healthy, with no added sugar. The natural sweetness comes from purple sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes, and raisins. It’s perfect for weight loss, low-GI, and low-sugar diets. Whole wheat flour is also incorporated into the dough, making it even more nutritious and satisfying.
Ingredients:
150 g whole wheat flour
150 g all-purpose flour
220 g water
2 g salt
1.5 g yeast (1 tsp)
Oil paste:
25 g all-purpose flour
25 g oil
Filling:
200 g peeled sweet potato
15 g milk powder
50 g mozzarella cheese
30 g raisins
200 g peeled purple sweet potato
50 g mozzarella cheese
30 g raisins
Preheated the oven to 375℉/190℃,bake for 18-20 minutes.
