My favorite exercises 💪 1-10 ⬇️
1. Overhead barbell press
2. 10-minute Daily leg raises
3. Wide grip Pull-ups
4. Classic back Squats
5. Weighted dips
6. Flat bench
7. Romanian dead lifts
8. Bent-over Barbell rows
9. Preacher curls
10. Standing calf raises
It’s not wrong to focus on what you’re good at.
In every other life, we see this as a good strategy, but for some reason, people grind away doing stuff they hate when it comes to fitness.
Don’t do this.
Instead, do what you enjoy. This builds positive reinforcement; positive reinforcement will make you want to do it more; the more you do an exercise, the more you have success with it!
If you want to get good results, you must invest in fitness long-term, you won’t sustain your commitment if you don’t pay attention to the importance of building positive reinfocement.
Built a program that’s all your favourite exercises. Just make sure you have a couple for posterior, a couple for anterior, and a couple for legs. Everything else is bonus.
