Easy No Bake PB Bars #reeses #glutenfree #vegan
Super easy to make, no bake PB bars, that taste like a Reese’s cup!
BASE LAYER:
-2 cups almond flour
-1 cup smooth peanut butter (or sub your fav nut or seed butter)
-1/3 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup coconut oil or ghee, melted
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-pinch sea salt
TOPPING:
-1c chocolate chips
-2 tbsp PB
Combine base ingredients, spread into 8×8 pan and freeze while you make topping, spread, chill 2 hours, cut into 16, enjoy!! You can cut these much sooner, but the texture is much nicer (less grainy from the almond flour) after sitting for the full 2 hours.
