This is one of our favorite flavors to play around with and make new keto recipes. This can be used as a keto dessert. The breading is very close to the PSMF bread. It is very low on total carbs vs. net carbs. I am a total carb person and try to keep a low-carb diet. I am closer to the carnivore diet as I eat a lot of meat.
