Drink This Instead of Coffee for a Natural Morning Energy Boost | #shorts



This morning smoothie will fuel you with nutrients and a much needed energy boost to get your day started. 💪🏻🌱

Start by adding pear and raspberries to your glass or any fresh fruit of your choice.

Next, cut a half a pineapple into chunks, cut up an apple, and add frozen wild blueberries to your high speed blender.

Blend it up a bit. Then add a scoop of protein powder. I do this to keep it from sticking to the blender.

Finish blending until smooth!

When done, pour it into your glass over the fresh fruit, add a sprinkle of chia seeds, and shredded coconut to top it off.

And there you have it, an easy, filling, plant-based, breakfast smoothie, ready in minutes!
