#1. A green drink. This includes walnuts, hemp hearts, beets, banana, berries, omega 3-6 oil, spinach and high quality hemp protein powder (I like @myironvegan) good delivery system for extra protein and easy way to slam extra leafy greens. If you’re worried about oxalate, first of all, I would say don’t, but if this is really a concern for you, you can boil the spinach first. I get a lot of protein in my diet despite what some people might think. Not only does the fact The Big Bean is served over rice or quinoa create a complete protein structure, but I get extremely healthy and high quality protein in bone broth and wild game. I weigh 205lbs right now and I easy get 205 grams of protein per day in this diet. However, if you’re concerned about protein, you can get extra with a supplemental green drink. Yogurt Kiefer is another good option. Just make sure you get some high quality powder like the hemp Iron Vegan stuff… the Walmart variety is just going to sit in your gut and rot while your body tired to break down all the extra ingredients in it… and make you break out in bad acne.
2. Epic Pho. Everyone should have a signature dish they master in my opinion. It’s a great party trick/thing to bust out in special occasions. I recommend mastering beef pho. If you’re already prepping bone broth, this should be easy. The combination of red meat, bone broth, herbs and spices is the ultimate recovery dish. It’s great if you’re sick or just heavily depleted because not only does it deliver good macros, but great micronutrients. Vitamins, minerals and collagen when you need to get healthy is a win.
