These easy desserts do not require any baking and can be made ahead of time if you’re serving them for a special occasion such as Valentine’s Day. All 3 of these healthy desserts are vegan and gluten-free. So anyone can enjoy them!

  • Okay guys update I made the tiramisu dessert for anyone who is thinking of doing it DO IT!! it tastes like rice pudding and for anyone who has tried arroz con leche that is what it tastes like! I can't wait to make it again:) I gave a taste to the rest of my family they aren't vegan or like healthy stuff but they loved it and asked me to make it again. I say it was a sucess.

  • You will need a vitamix. I use a blender has it on for 30 min it got hot and creamy but not thick.

  • So far I have made the Raspberry cheesecake – I made a few tweeks to the recipe. I used Blueberries & Strawberries too and add a bit of Flax & Chia to the mixture. I also subbed a bit of CoYo (coconut milk yogurt) for coconut butter. Turned out amazing & were a big hit. It is also a great way to control portions. A+ Thank You!
