Try these Crispy Rice Flour Veggie Rolls – light, flavorful, and super easy to make! Made with a soft rice flour roti, stuffed with sautéed vegetables, and wrapped with a creamy sauce, these rolls are a must-try for every food lover. A perfect evening snack.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Rice Flour
• Water (as needed)
• 1 Onion (chopped)
• 1 Tomato (chopped)
• 1 Capsicum (chopped)
• 1 Carrot (chopped)
• 1 tbsp Garlic-Ginger Powder
• 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
• 1.5 tbsp Black Pepper
• Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix rice flour, salt, and black pepper with water to make a smooth paste. Cook on a pan like a thin roti and set aside. Heat a pan and add all chopped vegetables. Add salt, red chili powder, black pepper, and garlic-ginger powder. Sauté until lightly golden.
Spread tomato paste over the rice flour roti.
Add the sautéed vegetable filling.
Drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise for extra flavor.
Roll it up and serve hot!
