Calories: 547, Protein: 36g, Carbs: 79g, Fat: 3g
Breakfast:
45g dry steel cut oats
80g shredded carrots
cinnamon & cardamom
1.5 cup water
2 scoops of Vanilla protein powder
13g powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
100g blueberries or 2 kiwi’s

Lunch:
calories per 180g smoked tofu, 2 pieces of sourdough bread (about 300 cals), 200g Tofu Sauce, 2 tbsp sauerkraut
Calories: 671, Protein: 43g, Carbs: 80g, Fat: 22g
250g Smoked tofu
1.5 tbsp Tamari
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Marinate for at least half an hour or overnight. Air fry slices at 400F for 10 minutes.
Sauce:
2-3 tbsp firm silken tofu (whipped)
hot sauce
1 tsp vegan Worcester shire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
salt per taste
2 tbsp chopped dill pickle

Dinner:
per 278g Fava bean stir fry, 120g cooked white rice, 200g cucumber
Calories 407, Protein: 48g, Carbs: 46g, Fat: 4g
2 bricks of fava bean tofu
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
30g chili garlic sauce or use chili garlic oil
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1/3 cup water
Toppings: 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1/3 cup chopped green onions
