Ingredients
2 Cups of fresh basil (Tightly packed)
½ Cup pistachios (Toasted)
4 Garlic cloves
½ Cup vegan parmesan
½ TSP salt
¼ TSP crushed red peppers
½ Cup olive oil
Instructions
– Toast the pistachios.
– Place the pistachios and basil in your food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped.
– Add all of the other ingredients except the olive oil and pulse until everything is chopped and incorporated.
– Remove the lid and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Put the lid back on and turn the processor on.
– Slowly pour olive oil in to mix.
– Once everything is mixed, place the pesto into another container and enjoy!
