  • High-Protein Beetroot Sweet Potato Tikkis with Spicy Yogurt Dip ❤️💪

    Ingredients:
    • 150g sweet potato
    • 150g kala chana(boiled)
    • 100g soya granules (soaked and squeezed)
    • 2 beetroots (grated)
    • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
    • Spring onions (chopped)
    • 5-6 green chillies (finely chopped)
    • Salt to taste

    Instructions:
    1. Mix all the ingredients well and shape them into cutlets of your desired shape.
    2. Pan-toss the cutlets until golden brown and crisp.

    For the High-Protein Dip:
    • High-protein yogurt
    • Fresh coriander
    • 2-3 garlic pods
    • Green chillies
    • Salt & a pinch of khand (unrefined sugar)
    • A little water for blending

    Steps:
    1. Blend coriander, garlic, chillies, salt, and khand with a little water.
    2. Mix this blend into the yogurt to create a creamy, flavorful dip.

    Assembling:
    1. Layer the dip first.
    2. Add lettuce leaves for crunch.
    3. Place the pan-tossed tikkis on top.
    4. Drizzle with a little chili oil for extra flavor.
