Detox/ Alkaline/ Magic Water recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Beetroot 1/2 sliced
Carrot 1/2 sliced
Cucumber 1/2 sliced
Gooseberry(amla) 1 small slit
Green chilli 1 small slit( optional)
Ginger 1 1/2 inch sliced
Lemon 1/2 cut into 4 pieces

•Soak all ingredients in fresh water overnight and have full glass 3-4 times in a day ❤
*prepare and soak overnight before drinking and finish during the day time (do not store in the refrigerator, consume within the same day while the vegetables are fresh in water
