⭕ RECIPES:
High Protein Nourish Bowl –

Steak and Mushroom Bites
1 lb steak– rib eye, tri-tip or New York strip
8 oz mushrooms
1⁄2 onion
1⁄2 cup Worcestershire or teriyaki sauce
1⁄2 Tbsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Peel and slice onion.
2. Wash and slice mushrooms in half.
3. Chop steak into bite-sized pieces.
4. Place veggies and steak in a medium-sized bowl or ziplock bag.
5. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the veggies and steak.
6. Mix until well combined. Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
7. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F/200°C for 5 minutes.
8. Place steak and veggies in the air fryer basket.
9. Air fry at 400°F/200°C for 6-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • Let's be super clear about protein. Vegetable protein IS NOT THE SAME AS ANIMAL PROTEIN. Vegetable proteins are NOT COMPLETE PROTEINS. You have to do the math on how to mix your vegies together in order to arrive at a complete protein. In order for "proteins" to be beneficial for our body/health…they need to be complete proteins. And FYI – Spinach is super high in Oxalates. When we were young/youthful .. Our body is able to deal with a lot of the foods we're slamming at it. However, after about the age of 40 (for the vast majority) and all those years of ingesting species incorrect foods.. the ugly with our health starts in. 90% or better of our health problems arise from previous consumption of foods that we're not designed to consume. Just saying
