Hello, friends! 😊 Today I am sharing with you an incredibly soft and healthy oatmeal bread that I make every day! This recipe is sugar-free, but with maximum benefits and rich taste.

Total calories: 1630 kcal
Calorie content of one serving (if divided into 20 pieces): 80 kcal
Benefits of ingredients:

Recipe and ingredients:
130 g baked beetroot.
1 cup water.
6 g dry yeast.
250 g oatmeal.
60 g walnuts.
a little salt.
2 tbsp flaxseed.
oregano.
20 ml olive oil.
100 g oat flour.
a little butter.
a little more butter.
sprinkle with flaxseed.
bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 °C.

Spread:
avocado.
cilantro.
1 tsp. Dijon mustard.
You can add a little salt and black pepper.
