I like to use my bread machine to mix my dough , it’s a 1.5 hour process with a couple heated “rise” pauses durring it.. should I be using active dry yeast instead? I had been using instant
Fantastic video! I love your enthusiasm and creativity.
We use a garlic and dill butter for breadsticks. It tastes really good!
I ordered some of the salt and used your discount code. I think I’m going to get a new mixer, this 22 year old kitchen aid just ain’t it. It takes such a long time, and my dough has never looked like yours at the end. If you had to recommend Bosch or Ank… overall.. which do you think I’d be happiest with?
Looks amazing! I am trying Baja Gold for the 1st time today in sourdough. Thank you!!!
We live full-time in our RV as well and have just started getting into FMF. I'm loving everything we've tried and will be trying your pizza dough recipe soon! I'm struggling with the space a bit to keep all of these wheat berries, but I don't want to go back to regular bread from the store any more. Currently using re-sealable 1-gallon FoodSaver bags and flattening as much as possible. Our pantry looks like we have "books" of wheat berries, ha! I found room for the Mockmill 100 but am hand-kneading since it seems all of the mixers are so HUGE! If you have any recommendations on space-saving mixers, I'd love to hear. Thanks again for putting these videos out!
Thank you for showing your freezer method. I always question how to freeze any of my FMF products. Heading yo purchase your nook now.
Such a great video – can’t wait to try this and make all of the things you made! And I purchased your cookbook when it first came out and I love it!
These all look so yummy! Thanks for all your instructions & demonstrations; I’ve recently bought a Bosch mixer but have only done sourdough recipes with it. Now I have to try this dough! It’s more difficult to buy the hard white wheat berries here, so I’ll try some spelt & hard red wheat. Blessings to all 🤗🇨🇦
Congratulations on your cookbook. I just ordered it. Can’t wait ❤
I do something like this. My cousin named it “order of magnitude dough”. I make a big batch and stick it in the fridge. Then I every day for as many as 5 days you can take as much out as you would like and bake fresh bread. It could be rolls, loaf, pizza, cinnamon rolls, pita, flat bread… etc! When it sits in the fridge it gets so much softer. It’s my “lazy” fresh bread recipe ❤️
I used your pizza dough recipe the other day and I made a thin crust pizza and a pan pizza. It was SO good!
What are the signs of over kneading or under kneading? When my dough goes to second rise in the bread pans, the dough begins to rip on top toward the end of the rise before baking. Is that over developed or under developed dough? Thank you!
I just ordered your cookbook. Cant wait to get it Saturday! Love your videos!
I love your cookbook!! You’re amazing!!
I love all your recipes and thank you for sharing them with us! I can’t wait to try your cook book.
I’m so excited to try many of these! My mill is coming tomorrow. For the one in the freezer, do you thaw that in the fridge and then just use it the same as in this video?
Pls examine the amazon code for the baking sheet. It is the same code for the muffin pans.
Could not find it on Amazon
Love this
Yummmmmmm
I have added diced cooked bacon to my cinnamon rolls before, and it was really good.
Wow! Another great video! I would love to make the bacon twists. Is the temperature the same for all the goodies? You probably said, but I missed it.
I purchased your cookbook a month ago. I've tried quite a few of the recipes so far. They all turned out great. The next thing to make is going to be sourdough. Thanks for all your work and dedication to whole grain baking.
The book is fantastic!
Can u freeze bread dough?
What a great idea. I'm definitely going to try these and some of the other ideas you mentioned, like breakfast. I'm thinking cream cheese spread on the dough with sausage crumbles and swiss cheese.
I absolutely love this impact mill also. I don't get any flour dust outside of the container.
I made your pizza recipe it was a winner. ❤😊
Thank you so much for sharing.
Once you get enough new recipes will you make a second cookbook?
Delicious 😋
