Healthy and Delicious Paneer Salad! #healthy #weightloss #quickrecipe #vegetarian



To a small pack of paneer, add:

1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp haldi

Marinate for 10-15 mins, then pan fry in less oil.
Flip the side every 2 mins till all sides are evenly coloured and turn off the flame.

In a serving bowl, add salad leaves, tomatoes (I used baby tomatoes) and cucumbers.
Then add the paneer, crumbled feta cheese (D’lecta is really good), and a spicy red chilli sauce to taste.
