Cool Whip Candy:
48 oz. white almond bark
1 container cool whip
1/2 package freeze dried strawberries, crushed
1 package strawberry pudding mix
Melt one package almond bark. Stir in pudding mix and strawberries. Let cool to 90 degrees or lower. Fold in Cool Whip. Place in 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Let set up in refrigerator. Cut into pieces. Melt remaining package almond bark. Dip pieces in almond bark. Let harden.

I tried doing a similar recipe and it turned gritty. Has anyone else had this happen with the pudding/coolwhip candy?
