Pan-Roasted Root Vegetables with Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 yellow onions
4 potatoes
3 carrots
2 beetroots
Dried thyme
Salt
White pepper
Olive oil or other vegetable oil

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
Peel and cut the onions, potatoes, carrots, and beetroots into uniform pieces.
Place the root vegetables on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil or other vegetable oil.
Season with dried thyme, salt, and white pepper to taste.
Toss the vegetables to ensure they are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and roast for 30-40 minutes.
Remove from the oven when the vegetables are tender and cooked through.
