3 Ingredient Mini Cheesecakes
1 can cinnamon rolls
1 tub no bake cheesecake
1 can pie filling (any flavor)
Bake Cinnamon rolls in muffin tins according to directions. Cool. Frosting with no bake cheesecake. Decorate with pie filling.
For my easy no-bake cheesecake, you’ll use a store-bought graham cracker crust. Beat all the ingredients (except the pie crust 😉 and the pie filling) until they are thoroughly blended. You’ll need a hand mixer to get a nice smooth filling. Pour the mixture in your store-bought crust, smooth it out, and chill. That’s all there is to it.

The recipe I have, you take a 9×13 dish and grease it. Roll out the cinnamon rolls for the bottom crust. Middle is cheesecake – 2 cream cheese, powdered sugar & vanilla mixed together & poured on….top later is rolled out cinnamon rolls…then after it bakes put the cinnamon roll icing on…..so good warmed for breakfast. I’ll see if I can find the recipe and email it to you.
