Guys, I want to sincerely share with you a wonderful recipe for buns that are airy like fluff. Even the next day they remain just as soft and delicious. You can immediately write this recipe down in your cookbook, as I am sure it will become one of your favorites.
Ingredients:
Dough:
250 g warm milk
21 g fresh yeast (7 g dry)
130 g sugar,
0.5 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla sugar
1 medium egg + 1 egg white
+/- 550-570 g flour
80 g butter
For greasing buns
1 yolk + 1 tbsp milk (or water)
Grease buns, sprinkle sesame seeds on top
Filling: any thick jam (in my case, homemade apple jam)

Dnes jsem k obědu uvařila polévku a nadýchané palačinky podle vašeho receptu. K nim jsem servírovala domácí jahodovou marmeládu ,kterou si sama zavařuji.
