Lately, I’ve seen many international friends making steamed eggs (Jidangeng), so I thought I’d share a plant-based version! This vegan steamed “egg” uses tofu and pumpkin as substitutes, with a touch of nutritional yeast and black salt to create an egg-like taste—it’s surprisingly similar to the real thing! 最近刷到好多外国朋友在做蒸水蛋,就想着分享这个素蒸蛋,用豆腐加南瓜代替,里面加点营养酵母和黑盐,味道还真的很像鸡蛋,哈哈,好奇宝宝赶紧试一试!
Ingredients/食材:
嫩豆腐 350g silken tofu
南瓜肉 100g pumpkin
黑盐 1/4小勺 1/4 tsp black salt
营养酵母 2小勺 2 tsp nutritional yeast
生抽 2小勺 2 tsp soy sauce
香油 1小勺 1 tsp sesame oil
香菜碎 1小勺 1 tsp chopped cilantro
