Gluten Free Weekly Meal Prep + Weight Loss Update!
GLUTEN FREE MEAL PREP WITH ME!
We’re nearly 4 weeks into my weight loss journey and I’m trying to get organised with some gluten free, high protein meal prep. I’ve also been really poorly with a cold this week so this has been a good way to try and make sure we eat some decent food! I hope you love these easy breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas – all gluten free, high protein and around 500 cals or lower, depending on what you serve them with! Enjoy!!

Chicken Soup Recipe:
To make in the slow cooker: Fry off the veg for 2-3 mins (optional, but recommended!) and add to the slow cooker with the stock, herbs and two whole chicken breasts. Slow cook on high for 3 hours. Remove the chicken and shred it, then add back to the slow cooker along with 200g gluten free orzo. Stir well and cook for a further 30 mins, stirring once or twice. Add the juice of 2 lemons, stir and serve (or portion and freeze!).

Another great video. Hope you are feeling better now. I see you put your bowl from the slow cooker direct on the stove to brown your onions. Does the heat not crack it ? I'd be worried. But top tip if not and definitely saves on the washing up !

Love the Spoon mic! Haha. Any tips on the actual storage please? Like what do you label them as, how long each lasts etc. I'm new to meal prep but really want to do it. These looked delicious
