Try this healthy breakfast recipe for breakfast
Ingredients
Raw Rice 1 cup
Fresh grated coconut 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds
Jeera/cumin seeds
Hing/asafoetida a pinch
Salt

Peanut Chutney
Oil 1 tbsp
Groundnuts 1cup
Bydaginred chillis 4
Spicy red chilli 2
Tamarind a small piece
Salt
Mustard seeds
Dry red chilli 1

  • This is kozhukattai only. We make with boiled rice or Kerala Matta Rice and freshly grated coconut. Which is much more tastier than raw rice preparation
