Ingrédients:

– 500g de pois chiches (poids cuit et Ă©gouttĂ©)
– 300ml d’eau
– 250g de purĂ©e de courge
– 200g de sauce tomate
– 100g de noix de cajou non salĂ©es.
– 2 carottes
– 1 oignon
– 1 cuillère Ă  cafĂ© de concentrĂ© de tomate

– Epices : 2 cuillères Ă  cafĂ© de coriandre en poudre, 1 cuillère Ă  cafĂ© de paprika, 1 cĂ c de gingembre, 1/2 cuillère Ă  cafĂ© de cumin, 1/2 cuillère Ă  cafĂ© de curcuma, 1/3 cuillère Ă  cafĂ© de cannelle
