I eat this smoothie every day to help keep me regular. I used to get constipated a lot. I found drinking a blended smoothie comprised of the following ingredients to be very helpful in preventing constipation. I also really like the taste.

INGREDIENTS
1 Sweet Potato, boiled for 25 minutes
1.5 Bananas
1/2 a cup of Black Turtle Beans, boiled for 45 minutes (see individual directions)
750 mL of Water
1TBSP of Organic Chia Seeds, soaked in 1.5 cups of water overnight
39 grams of Organic Baby Spinach (or a large handful)
1 TBSP of Almond Butter/Peanut Butter

Please Note: If you have a nut allergy, you can substitute the nut butters with 1 whole avocado or skip it all together. This recipe is not carved in stone. Feel free to modify it to taste.
