Can u juice them
250 grams of flaxseed. 100 gram walnutes . Hot pan few minute till start pop dont burn .and blend .
.add 100 gram dry figs and 100 gram raisins raisins . The figs and raisins steamd . Now add every thing together and blend and add olive oil
So all diseases originate in the gut… well, I tried consuming a lot of vegetables. Didn't cure my severe disability…

Summary of this video is 3 recepies
1. 1 apple, 2 celery stalks, 1 cucumber, 1teaspoon of grated ginger & litre of water. Chop everything and blend it till smooth and drink 0.5L in the morning empty stomach and 0.5L in the afternoon.
2. Very well washed and cleaned
– 1 unpeeled beetroot
– 1 unpeeled carrot
– 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
– Half lemon
Blend everything with litre of water. Drink this twice day, morning and afternoon
3. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in 1L water and let them sit in fridge overnight for atleast 6hrs. In the morning add juice of half a lemon.
These recipes have everything your gut needs like fibre, antioxidants, natural enzymes that repair gut lining and balance the gut flora.
