RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
200 g red lentils.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
2 cloves garlic.
Dill.
2 tablespoons tomato paste.
Turmeric.
Paprika.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Olive oil.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE:
4 tablespoons sour cream.
2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Green onions.
Dill.
1 clove garlic.
1. Take 200 g red lentils, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
2. After this time, drain excess liquid and beat with a blender.
3. Transfer the lentils to a bowl and set aside.
4. Take 1 onion, chop finely and put in the blender bowl.
5. Grate 1 carrot on a coarse grater and put in the blender bowl.
6. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and put in the blender bowl.
7. Chop the dill, put in the blender bowl and beat well.
8. Transfer the resulting mixture to the bowl, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, turmeric, paprika, salt, pepper and mix well.
9. Pour olive oil into the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
10. Let’s prepare a delicious sauce. Take 4 tablespoons of sour cream, put in the bowl and add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
11. Add some green onions, dill and finely grate 1 clove of garlic to the sauce. Mix well.
