Ingredients
Lauki Mattar Ki Sabzi
Longsquash (Lauki) – 300 gm (After peeling and removing the seeds it weighs 200 gm)
Frozen peas – 1 cup
Tomato – 150 gm (medium)
Onion – 200 gm ( 2 small)
Black Cardamom – 1
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) -1 tsp
Garlic Paste – 2 ½ tbsp + ½ green chilly
Mint Leaves – ¼ cup
Roasted Cumin Powder (Zeera) – 1 tsp
Curry Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder – ½ tsp
Spicy Red Chilly Powder – ½ tsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Coconut Milk Powder – 2 tbsp mixed with 1 ¾ cup water
