▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ABOUT THIS VIDEO ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
This is another one of my quick oat vegetarian meat substitute recipes. Knowing how to make meat substitutes isn’t just for vegetarians! With all the recalls, shortages and questionable ingredients regarding food over the last few years, it’s important to have the skills and knowledge to use if needed. With some simple variations in seasoning, you can make pepperoni, bologna, kielbasa and a variety of other sausage type deli meats using this recipe.
