BEST MULTI GRAIN and SEED BREAD WITHOUT OATS! for weight loss (gluten free & VEGAN)
In this video I show you how to make a oat gluten free and vegan multigrain bread in only 5 minutes. It contains NO OATS!!! This easy no-knead seeded bread recipe is perfect for weight loss. It’s made with no flour, without yeast, without egg, and without sugar, making it a healthy and delicious option.
This recipe is foolproof! It’s great for beginners.
🍏 Ingredients:
200 g whole grain rice
100 g millet
100 g buckwheat
100 g quinoa
90 g linseed
50 g sunflower seed
20 g linseed ground
15 g psyllium husk ground
10 -15 g salt
700 g water
(If you soak the grains in HOT water, the grains are soft enough after only 24 hours) ❗❗
❗❗Soaked in COLD water, they need up to 48 hours, to be soft enough. If room temperature is too hot, dough could become sour. It’s best to put the grains after 24 hours in the fridge.
🍏 Baking time: In preheated oven at 200 °Celsius (up and bottom heat) 60 minutes. Take bread out of the tray and bake another 10 minutes at only 190 ° Celsius. If baked too long, it turns out to be too hard from the outside!
Let cool completely before cutting.
