  • my only problem is that this wouldn't be good for weight loss? nothing in this would keep you full for even 30 minutes and its pretty high in sugar from all the fruit (which is also low satiety and high GI making you lose that fullness feeling fast). Maybe adding a high protein yoghurt or fruits with skins (for fibre) would help as that could keep you full for even a little longer. Also your liver and kidney's 'detox' your body for you, you don't need any special fruit to do that! Still this recipe is great for hydration and getting in vitamins.

  • my only question is does it also taste good? (more specifically does it taste good to a picky eater lol)
