Marco Pierre White repeats the phrase “mother nature is the true artist” often. What does he mean by this? Where does the idea come from?

In this video I’ll go through why I think Marco repeats this phrase so often. I’ll also take you through one of his recipes for a vegetarian lasagne with mixed diced vegetables replacing the minced beef or pork.

As the first British chef to win three Michelin stars, and the youngest to ever do so, Marco’s opinion carries some weight and it’s worth having a look at what he has to say.

  • More superb work! I made the ragu with celeriac, and it's great – I overcooked it though, so just need to adjust the time. But delicious.
