This is a very very simple yet delicious tofu recipe from Korea. I recommend serving it with rice and garlic eggplant.😋 RECIPE (3-4 servings, 25min prep time): -400g tofu Pat dry, cut in thick slices and fry in oil on both sides. -3 cloves garlic -2 spring onion Finely chop. -1 Tbsp chili flakes -1 Tbsp sesame oil -1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce -1/4 cup (60ml) water -2 Tbsp syrup or sugar Mix and add the sauce to the tofu. That’s how I always eat tofu. Didn’t even know it was a recipe. You don’t even need a recipe anyway: just take soy sauce, something surgery, garlic and whatever spice you feel, mix it and voila
Can we for once make something without using all these fancy eastern and asian amazing igredients? Show us more "western" style dishes, so that we don't have to spend a fortune on inported goods or can find the simple ingredients even on a very remote place, please?
