    25 recipes in under 25mins: DUBU JORIM (두부조림 )🇰🇷

    This is a very very simple yet delicious tofu recipe from Korea. I recommend serving it with rice and garlic eggplant.😋
    RECIPE (3-4 servings, 25min prep time):
    -400g tofu
    Pat dry, cut in thick slices and fry in oil on both sides.
    -3 cloves garlic
    -2 spring onion
    Finely chop.
    -1 Tbsp chili flakes
    -1 Tbsp sesame oil
    -1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
    -1/4 cup (60ml) water
    -2 Tbsp syrup or sugar
    Mix and add the sauce to the tofu.
    Let it simmer for 5-10mins.

    Dies ist ein sehr einfaches, aber leckeres Tofu-Rezept aus Korea. Ich empfehle, es mit Reis und Knoblauch-Auberginen zu servieren.😋
    REZEPT (3-4 Portionen, 25min Vorbereitungszeit):
    -400g Tofu
    Trocken tupfen, in dicke Scheiben schneiden und in Öl von beiden Seiten anbraten.
    -3 Knoblauchzehen
    -2 Frühlingszwiebeln
    Fein hacken.
    -1 Esslöffel Chiliflocken
    -1 Esslöffel Sesamöl
    -1/4 Tasse (60 ml) Sojasauce
    -1/4 Tasse (60 ml) Wasser
    -2 Esslöffel Sirup oder Zucker
    Mischen und geben alles zum Tofu geben.
    5-10 Minuten köcheln lassen.

  • That’s how I always eat tofu. Didn’t even know it was a recipe. You don’t even need a recipe anyway: just take soy sauce, something surgery, garlic and whatever spice you feel, mix it and voila
