Lentil bread (total calories): about 800 kcal (all dough).
1 serving (for 10 slices): about 80 kcal.
Spread (total calories): about 300 kcal.
1 serving of spread (for 5 servings): about 60 kcal.
Benefits of the products:
Red lentils: rich in vegetable protein, fiber, iron and B vitamins. Improves digestion, maintains heart health and satiates for a long time.
Olive oil: a source of healthy fats and antioxidants, helps reduce the level of “bad” cholesterol.
Seed mix: (sesame, flax and others) – rich in omega-3 fatty acids, calcium and magnesium, which strengthens bones and supports immunity.

How to cook:
Pour water over the red lentils and leave for 4 hours. Then rinse, drain and blend.
Mix with eggs, olive oil, psyllium, coconut flour, salt, baking powder and oregano. Add the seed mixture.
Put the dough in a mold, grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 ° C.
For the spread, mix tuna, cream cheese, eggs, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Was sollen diese kläglichen Versuche, gesunde Dinge zu posten, wenn doch total kopf- und verantwortungslos menschenfeindlich immer weiter diese gewollt ungesunden Rezepte der Dunkel-Mächte aus der alten Lügen-Welt gepostet werden??? – Erst wenn diese ekelhaft kontaminierten tierischen Produkte nicht mehr zu den Zutaten der Rezepte gehören, kann von gesund die Rede sein, vorher einfach NICHT. – Gute Besserung.
Excellente idée – seul bémol c'est d'utiliser du thon – ce poisson est celui qui contient le plus de mercure et donc est très mauvais pour la santé …. il vaudrait mieux utilser un autre poisson au choix, comme le maquereau ou des sardines par exemple. Merci pour vos idées toujours si sympas.😀
