Veganuary: Vegan burgers homemade; my first attempt & Janice was not impressed. I must try harder.

Veganuary. So I had a go at a veggie burger I make very well yet the veggie burger contains egg and this one in order to make it vegan I tried chick pea water (aquafaba). I think I put too much aquafaba in, as it was very moist yet tasty. Lesson learnt but thought I would keep the mess up to show you learn from your mistakes!
