People that are not self-employed have no idea of the problems smaller companies have.
Canada has always been strong ally and neighbour to the USA and apparently 25% tariffs will be charged on our goods the USA imports- why would South Korea be different?
People have been so attached to the idea that you are only „supposed“ to make money with the 40 hr work week and a boss, they can’t possibly understand working for ones self.
Shame shame shame shame shame on people who judge before they know the facts. You’ve explained this many a time.
Your books are great. Love the quality . Don't worry about it
I like these spicy driving videos 😉
Amazon charges you for printing and then keeps 60 percent of your sales
I live in canada
This is why tariffs are such a quandry
People that rts not in business don't understand what it takes to be in business.
I love Tawra’s flower garden ❤
Maybe talking about business can be a series on your channel now that Christmas candy season is over? I'd love to hear more of your common sense business advice.
Take an inventory of what people buy and see where it comes from. Fact is, US options aren't available for everything. That's how it has been for decades now.
I remember when you all went through that trouble with getting your books printed. Thank you for talking about this. You are great business people and are very generous. Most companies would never give their ebooks for free. Love you both!
I enjoy the quality of the books. I dont mind S. Korea at all. My son wants to visit one day to see "Poopoo Land" an actual Poo Poo theme park! LOL (you can guess how little my child is!)
Plus the way you guys explained it, basic economics with quality, supply and demand, and cost efficiency. makes sense.
Not everything you buy in the stores are made in the US. lol
Go figure. ❤
30+ years ago I found a truck farm near our home. I was able to buy my tomatoes, peppers and beets to can for cheaper than I could grow them. Real bummer when we moved. Never found anything like it in NC.
Haters gonna hate. God bless you guys!
It sounds like there's quite a bit Mickey doesn't understand.
Business is business. I am certain you both want to help folks. However, you also have a family to support.
Trump: These people are not John Deere. Go easy on them.
I think gardening with home schooled children is a great way to incorporate a sense of responsibility and caring into the children all while getting them outside without tech stuff. Perhaps look at it as a school science project.
My first gardens were turned with a 5 dollar shovel. Had good soil.
"SHAME", ??? , on ….ok, ready,..being a good steward of your OWN finances. Raspberries on that comment.
Gardening: I retired a year ago and had a 15×30 garden. It was too dry most of the summer and I had to stay home and water the garden. I had planned on doing some exploring, but didn't because of the garden. I spent money on chicken wire for a fence and it was difficult to maintain because I had grass growing under it that became un-manageable. This year I am just going to buy stuff on sale. It is a lot easier!
We don't use raised beds, we do it the old way and yes it does save money but it is work. Just the squash and beans pay for everything in the garden with plenty left over. Just be prepared to keep the garden watered and weeded. Then when things don't work out you go to youtube to learn what went wrong. It may help to pray but even with prayer we have to do our part as in all things.
Oh my people just don’t get it❤
Fyi i Know people that had their books printed on/by amazon
Yes, it would be great if we could get everything all the time made in the USA, but it is just not realistic.
Gotta love it when people who have NO clue about you want to make ugly comments. You guys are great and don't owe anyone an explanation about your business. Instead of being ugly, they could have just asked why…
People should not say things when they don't know what they are talking about. Before starting my ice cream truck business I knew nothing about how things were done. I learned quickly. I think it would be good for everyone to own a business for a short time to help them understand. Good job guys.
People who don't write books have nothing to say! I wrote a book which was very popular locally and they sold in local bookstores. The first amount of books were printed by my son who was a graphic designer at the time. The stores wanted more copies and to have them printed by a publisher I would be selling them almost for free!! I stopped making more…
Watch them say you need get your own printing stuff now 😂 lol ppl need mind their own unless their in that situation have good advice 😊
It’s called black and white thinking, Mickey is clueless 😅
If you found a printer in the US, you’d need to charge your customers 2-3 times more for each book. Thank you for keeping the books high quality and a reasonable price.
Life is complicated. U don't owe anyone an explanation. Everyone is free 2 choose how 2 support their families. I Always Luv Ur helpful videos! Luv U guys! Blessings 2 Ur family! 👍💞✝️😘
I worked for a company that had everything made in another country then shipped here to the USA to a warehouse where we put a sticker on the product and technically could say made in the USA. So how many other companies are doing the same thing. How do we really know what is truly made here .
We love our books!!!!!
Oh my. You guys are getting slammed. You must be doing something right. 😊
Not sure why people have to shame others without knowing all the details of anyone's life.
That makes sense . You tried to print your books in USA . If you can't find a provider you can't do the job in USA .
