Crispy Potato Bhajia
I used medium size potatoes
Small gram flour bit of rice flour.
Ginger chilli paste
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander
Splash of water for binding.
Cut and wash potatoes to thin slices . Add salt, ginger paste, coriander leaves, chilli paste, mix together add few tablespoons of gram (chana flour) flour, quarter teaspoon of rice flour for crispyness. Mix together with a splash of water and deep fry on oil. Serve with tomato chutney on side.
For Tomato Chutney
Wash and cut few tomatoes, grind it together with tiny bit of cucumber with skin, salt to taste and chilli to taste. Add bit of kashmiri chilli powder for colour.
Serve hot anytime of the day as a snack or as one side dish in a party.
Serve with your favourite drink.
