Tofu, made from soybeans, is a protein-rich and low-calorie alternative, perfect for vegetarians and vegans. It’s packed with essential amino acids, iron, and calcium, making it a great addition to your diet. This recipe blends crispy tofu with the tanginess of Schezwan and soy sauces, creating a spicy, savory dish that pairs well with fried rice or noodles. Ingredients
– Tofu: 200 gms
– Capsicum (Shimla Mirch): 1 medium, chopped
– Green Chilies (Hara Mirch): 2-3, chopped
– Onion (Pyaaz/Kanda): 1 large, chopped
– Orange Carrot (Gajjar): 1 small, julienned
– Garlic (Lehsun): 4-5 cloves, minced
– Schezwan Sauce: 2 tbsp
– Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
– Vinegar: 1 tsp
– Corn Flour (Makke ka Aata): 2 tbsp
– Oil: For frying
– Butter: 1 tbsp

Preparation Steps
1. Cut tofu into cubes, coat with a corn flour batter, and fry until golden and crispy.
2. Heat oil and butter in a pan, sauté garlic, onions, capsicum, carrots, and green chilies.
3. Add schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and fried tofu. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
