  • I disagree. He seems very frazzled. This was difficult to watch, and the time constraint feels gimmicky and unnecessary.

  • Please use separate cutting boards for meat and vegetables. Also don’t use the same towel you wipe the cutting board down to wipe the plate you’re using to serve the final product.

  • Shouldn't the chicken be cut on a different board and with a different knife?

  • Just one thing. Blanching leaves all the water-soluble vitamins in the water.

  • You know that frozen produce can be just as healthy as fresh ones & tend to have been already blanched, often first coming up in stores that way? Also, it turns out that other oils like mustard oil can be just as healthy & usable as olive oil can & the arguments for having disallowed its sales beyond external uses have been tested on rats & don't needfully extend over to humans in the same way, I mean East Indian cooking uses it alot to name a few. Still, those are handy tips to look into

  • Families should help out with the prep and cooking. Not a difficult skill to pick up, impossible to learn as an observer. Dad should play the role of critic for a change.

  • my man grew up in different times, when the five second rule was more like the five minute suggestion. i wouldn’t harp on him so hard people. try to be more mindful of food safety in your own kitchens. he busted out all that preparation and cooking in record time, without breaking a sweat. i’m proud of you daddy lau. thanks for a healthy and delicious meal executed expertly

  • The dad is touching the raw chicken and then get into the other food like corn starch etc without wash8ng his hands…not sure about this habit

  • Thought the Doctor mentioned not to much contstarch.. it seem every dishes had some..? Thebroccoli is over blanch… it hd lost it natural colour.

  • Your dad is so wholesome – brown rice contains arsenic though and seniors will find it easier to digest white rice
