Recipe and ingredients:
1 cup buckwheat flour 150 g
a little salt
a little coriander
40 g psyllium
1 cup 250 g green mung beans – small beans. You can use lentils here
350 ml water
20 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar-free syrup
1/2 teaspoon sparkling water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
a little vegetable oil

When the title says the recipe is “made without flour”, the majority of us understand her bread recipes are designed for those of us that “can’t eat” bread made from gluten type flours.
Buckwheat is a seed that contains no gluten as wheat flour does. She kindly demonstrates how just about any gluten free grain, seed or bean can be ground into a flour to make satisfying bread.
I am now able to enjoy a variety of healthy nutritious breads without gluten flour. Gluten free bread in the store is very expensive. For over two years I have been making her recipes and love them.
Her recipes have helped improve my health in many ways as well as satisfy my love of bread. I so appreciate all her efforts to make our lives healthier, more nutritious, and happier. Thank you. ❤
