Wow, Tawra and Mike 😮 you guys were rude and laughing at someone who was asking for help and a time to vent. You did not sound like you had any compassion here. I was not happy with your tone of voice and your laughing here. Sounded very rude and uncaring. 😢
You seemed to be getting slammed for a lack of empathy. I understand your side of things. As I like to say, “it’s okay if you want to have a pity party, just don’t asked me to bake the cake”.

I'm sorry with all the "things" she does she would never qualify for disability. If she hasn't worked 5 years out of the last 10 does not qualify for SSDI. and wouldn't qualify for SSI due to the income from husband. Seems more like she just wants sympathy.

wow i have watched this show for years and i am really disappointed in your remarks about her situation , are you not here to help ? and not criticize her and her hubby for the way things have gone in her life . Christainity thou shell not judge .
I make nearly 3x minimum wage and only have about $2K a month to spend for all a month. After taxes and deductibles. The average rent for the city where I work is $2K a month for an efficiency. No debt, no kids. Fortunately my Mom still lives and I live with her without rent. So I live well, but if I didn't have Mom, I'd being doing 160 hours a month for $160 a month after rent. I eat way more than that a month, not including the dietary needs of a physical job when you're over 50.

I will agree that increasing the family size is not in this family's best interests for a whole host of reasons including the family budget. If this woman is noy physically able to take care of her children without assistance the husband's stay at home job is probably a benefit to the famiky income despite only being $26k. I am guessing that the husband staying at home is because he is also care taking for his wife. Some things require cash like the rent/ mortgage, utilities, etc… Without bartering because bartering is taxable by the IRS as well as many states, it sounds like this family needs toncome up with some put of the box ways to increase thier consumable goods and food life style beyond the $26k.
Do you think they would deny her disability because she just went through a pregnancy 1 year ago. Pregnancy is hard for some people. I would question her need for disability based on that.

She was in school when she became unable to complete scholl due to medical reasons. These sound like private student loans on top of it.
I have watched this twice, trying to understand what is being written and your response. I have sympathy for the young lady who is so ill. She sounded like she was overwhelmed with everything going on. This could have been better handled. Not your best program.

People don't watch this channel to be laughed at. You laughed at her and need education on how blind people live. Wow, all the negative in one video. Christians are supposed to help. Maybe she made bad life decision and maybe not, but that us not the point. She sounds out of hope and venting. Right or wrong, she did not ask to be laughed at. Although she listed alot of what is going on in her life, there is alot she didn't, so i am not going to comment on why she has 4 kids or hubby is only low income. But, if she really is quite ill, why is her home the Safe Space for friends and relatives? Seriously, her friends and relatives should be there to physically give her a hand occassionally instead of making sourdough and discussing hormonal teens. Nothing wrong with having a coffee and chat, but creating a Safe Space for them, I would put an end to that and continue to concentrate on all the things she is doing right.
My daughter just passed 2 months ago from stage 4 colon cancer, fighting for 6 hard yrs. Had been divorced for 10 yrs with 2 preteen boys and no child support and X inlaws trying to take her sons. If she wasn't in the hospital, at the doctors she was in court. She worked on her feet all day as a hair stylist and did this until 5 weeks before she died with swollen feet because her lymphatic system was shutting down among many many other things over those 6 yrs of fighting the cancer that was spreading through out her body. She gave it all she could in hopes of seeing her sons graduate from HS. She was strong, didn't complain and was my hero. I could say so much more, but I will leave it at count your blessings. If you at least try to look at the positives, you feel so much better despite it all.
Laughing at and mocking someone who has had many health issues is not ok. I cannot believe Christians have such a lack of care towards others. I am sure Christ our saviour would behave very differently.
