    High Protein Vegetarian Wrap
    Ingredients
    Roti/ Tortilla Wrap
    Vegetables 1.5 Cups I used
    Onion
    Zucchini
    Purple Cabbage
    Bell Peppers
    Carrots
    Cabbage
    Garlic 5
    Green Chilli 1
    Paneer 60 grams
    Boiled Chole 1 Cup
    Salt to taste
    Red Chilli 1/4 tsp
    Kitchen King 1tsp
    Kashmiri Red Chilli 1tsp
    Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
    Curd
    Chilli Oil
    Fresh Coriander Leaves
    Oil 1tsp
    Steps
    ➡️ Heat some oil in a kadhai. Add green chilli and garlic , saute for 30 secs.
    ➡️ Add Vegetables and saute for 2-3 mins on medium high flame.
    ➡️ Add paneer, chole, spices and mix everything well. Mash the filling.
    ➡️ Add fresh Coriander Leaves.
    ➡️ Take Wrap and add generous amount of this filling along with curd and chilli oil.
    ➡️ Grill the Wrap and enjoy.
