Everyone here complaining about the fish, DONT DO IT THEM. COMMON SENSE HELLO? If you don’t like something, don’t do it! Every single thing on the internet is NOT going to appeal to you, DUH. Idiots.
Im not gonna go prep carrots with over 20 steps for an entree, this is dumb. No professional kitchen would do this costwise and no chef would do this for flavour.
