Ingredients for marinating chicken
1️⃣ Chicken (breast/thigh) – 250 gms
2️⃣ Salt / Pepper – to taste
3️⃣ Garlic Powder – 2 tsp
4️⃣ Corn Starch – 1.5 tbsp
5️⃣ Paprika – 1 tsp
6️⃣ Olive oil – 1 tsp
⏺️ Let chicken marinate for 20 mins
⏺️ Cook chicken in oil for about 10-15 mins on a pan or use oven

Ingredients for Butter Garlic Sauce
1️⃣ Butter – 1 tbsp
2️⃣ Garlic – 6 cloves
3️⃣ Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
4️⃣ Milk – 100 ml
⏺️ Roast Garlic in butter for about 6-7 mins and then add chilli flakes and milk
⏺️ Cook for another 1-2 mins and add chicken to it
