This easy, soul-warming dish is perfect for anyone looking for a plant-based, high-protein meal this autumn. Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Bag of Quorn Mince (or your preferred meat substitute)
2 Onions
4 Cloves of Garlic
2 Cans of Tomatoes
2-3 Cups of Vegetable Broth
1 Can of Kidney Beans
1 Can of Black Beans
1 Can of Cannellini Beans
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
2-3 Teaspoons of Cumin
2 Tablespoons of Smoked Paprika
Add fresh or powdered chilli to taste 🌶️
