Low Carb Cloud Bread Pizza Recipe | Teach a Man to Fish
Cloud Bread Pizza Crust is extremely low carb, but still gives you the full pizza experience and taste. Picking your favorite toppings makes this pizza and easy home run for anyone who is trying to control their carbs on a carnivore, keto, gluten free or low carb diet.
Cloud Bread Crust:
4 large eggs
1/2 cup of whole mile cottage cheese
1 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 tsp of tartar
pinch of salt

Step 1: Prepare the Cloud Bread Base
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate Eggs: Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two bowls.
Beat Egg Whites: Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat them with a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
