We are NOT a third world country and I don’t believe we should be happy eating beans & rice. My husband and I worked every hard all our lives and put money into savings. Now that we are retired I don’t feel we should have to eat like people in poor countries.

Nope, many people have lived in Europe or South America for a year, come back to the States, and gained tons of weight. Not change in foods or amounts…… Our food is different here, as well as full of heavy metals etc. Look up apeel.
