  • The mix is not healthy.flxseed is not a daly food for human beings..it has many side effect ..Omega 3 is available in most of our traditional food.faxseeds,chia seeds and quinoa contain anti nutrition which causes more harm than benefits ..these trends do not belong to our food culture and don't match with our traditional healthy recipes.
