As a dietitian, I work with individuals to balance blood sugar levels, maintain hormone balance, and achieve weight loss! We do this by following low net carb, high lean protein, high fiber, and omega-3 fats! Often, I am questioned by clients, ‘Can I still eat my favorite foods?’ and more diabetic slow cooker, diabetic slow cooker recipes, diabetic slow cooker meals often ‘What can a prediabetic eat?’ The most important question I am asked is on reversing prediabetes. You should be thrilled to learn that we can reverse prediabetes and we can reverse prediabetes naturally.

Instant Pot Salsa Chicken
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup salsa
½ cup broth
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 lb chicken

Combine all ingredients in Instant Pot.
Cook on high pressure for 10-12 minutes.
Server over mission carb balance wraps.

Chicken & Cabbage
1 lb chicken (defrosted)
2 bags shredded cabbage
Ginger people OR G Hughes marinade

Combine ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Serve over Palmini OR cauliflower rice.

Place all items in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

**Nutrition facts depend on the type of sausage used.

  • Shelly, I noticed in many of your videos that you ask, are we club slow cooker or club crockpot? Do you realize that a Crockpot is a Slow Cooker? The Ninja you have & the Insta Pot are Pressure cookers & cook fast. So, I'm not sure, but what are you thinking is a Slow Cooker?

I can pressure cook, saute, bake, sous vide, slow cook, steam, air fry, roast, broil, dehydrate, and delay start and keep warm all with the one appliance.
