  • Serum for belly fat
    2 oranges
    1 thumb of ginger…juice it or put those ingredients in a blender
    Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
    Looks like 1 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper
    Looks like 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
    Add black pepper for better turmeric absorption
    1 tablespoon of Honey-but that’s optional
    Stir and put in glasses
    Drunk on an empty stomach

  • I have been struggling for almost a year now. I was on the right track until an unprovoked blood clot happened and a whole lot of blood and vitamin deficiencies. So it's been struggle to get that jump start again. Do you think sticking the ginger with the orange would help yield a bit more?
